So Marco and Simone, quickly decided to challenging the way Londoners ate beginning a small batch production of handmade, organic grab and go meals in their tiny kitchen in Hacney week.
Fast they begun to build a loyal following thamks tp a unique approach to the food and a solid net of local supplier.
Soon the guys moved into a modern kitchen in Bethnal Green, approaching a bigger sea made of new challanges like supperclubs, and caterings, extending the offer also with private label services for all those who share this dream made of tasty and healthy food but without the opportunity to prepare the food on site.
